6 Tips for Managing Multiple Sclerosis
Stress can make anyone feel worse. But for those with MS, it may trigger or worsen symptoms. For this reason, MS patients should find ways relax. MS patients trying to relieve stress might consider activities like tai chi, yoga, massage, bodywork therapy, meditation and deep breathing. Exercise or simply listening to music may also help.
