If waking up in the morning is a challenge for you, working out bright and early may be the solution. Whether it’s a morning yoga session or a trip to the gym, exercising before work can give you a boost of energy for the day and a sense of accomplishment. Once you make getting fit part of your routine, the mornings won’t seem so bad.
