Even These Athletes Battle Mental Health Issues
Delonte West is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Chinese Basketball Association. In 2009, while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers, West told the public that he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. This condition can cause poor judgement, poor temper control, fatigue, loss of appetite and loss of self esteem.
