Exercise Tips for People with Rheumatoid Arthritis

According to a physical activity and rheumatoid arthritis overview produced by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), adults with rheumatoid arthritis should try to get a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise every week. The CDC suggests activities like social dancing as a moderate-intensity activity and aerobic dancing as a high-intensity physical activity.
