Health Benefits of Cycling
Depending on where you ride and what the terrain is, biking can be a total body workout. According to britishcycling.org, when mountain biking or riding “out of the saddle,” you're constantly shifting your weight, sometimes carrying your bike, working your arms, chest, abs, and improving your core stability. So venture out! Take time to explore while you ride, it can make the ride more enjoyable and work out your entire body.
