Healthy Ways to Celebrate Mother’s Day
April showers bring May flowers — how about planting some yourself? Give the Mother’s Day gift that keeps on giving by planting flowers for mom yourself. Research suggests that having flowers around may improve mood and reduces stress. It may also improve relationships — one Evolutionary Psychology study found that those who received flowers showed more sociable behaviors.
