Healthy Ways to Celebrate Mother’s Day
Is mom a little stressed? Yoga may be a great way to relieve stress and anxiety, and it can also be a great workout. According to the Mayo Clinic, yoga may even help reduce the risk of chronic illnesses like heart disease. You don’t have to be a certified yoga instructor to give mom a quick, one-on-one yoga class. Pick up a DVD or find a YouTube channel and turn your living room into a Zen yoga studio. Just be sure to check with a doctor first. Learn more about how yoga improves your health here.
