How to Eat Like a Champion During Football Season
Buffalo-style chicken wings are tender and tasty, but just one 3-ounce serving of the deep-fried variety — approximately three wings — contains almost 13 grams of fat, 100 milligrams of cholesterol and 440 milligrams of salt! Adding a marinade or dip will only make the calorie count climb higher depending on the sauce you choose! For a better alternative: try baking your chicken wings in the oven and removing the skin. Remember to limit your intake just a few wings and also be mindful of your marinade or dip.
