Simple Steps to Reduce Women’s Cancer Risk
Engaging in regular physical activity can decrease the risk for developing cancer, as well as other conditions like diabetes. The American Cancer Society recommends 150 minutes of moderate physical activity, like walking briskly or a casual bike ride, or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity, like running or swimming, per week.
