Weight Loss Tips for People with Diabetes
Cutting down on insulin may appear to promote weight loss, but it is not permanent and may even be dangerous. Blood sugar runs high when not regulated by the proper amount of insulin, and that can lead to lower water retention. Any weight reduction is likely from water loss and can lead to dehydration.
