Yoga and Schizophrenia

Yoga may help those with schizophrenia, according to a study by the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore, India. Schizophrenia patients who practiced yoga regularly had an increased ability to function in social and work settings. Patients also had a reduction in aggression and an improvement in medication adherence.
